Multi-line copper-coating production line This is a main step for welding wire production, and it is designed according to difference annual demand designed by customers. Usually, the output for each copper coating line reaches to 500MT per year. And the length for copper coating bath should be 65 meters at least. And the setting of this production line is up to the actual workshop settings. Multi-line production line consists of copper coating bath and traction pay-off & take-up unit.(refer to PICTURE ) 3-1 Copper coating bathes Degreasing bath(1.5m) + alkali washing bath(10m) +fine-alkali washing bath(10m) + hot water washing bath(2m) + cool water washing bath(1.5m) + acid washing bath(10m) + activating bath(5m) + cool water washing bath(1.5m) + heavy coating bath(5m) + fine coating bath(10m) + cool water bath(2m) + neutralizing bath(2.5m) + hot water bath(2.5m) + drying(6m) It is 69.5 meters long in total, and it could be adjusted according to the actual workshop space. The number of copper coating lines is up to the annual output demand. Double-vent liquor-resistant device is set up between bathes, and U-type baffles are set up between wires. Self-circulating pumps are set in each bath. The setting of silicon rectifier is up to the number of lines. Air blowing system, inlet and outlet pipes, heating system for alkali bathes are also been set.3-2 Traction pay-off & take-up unit This group consists of self-damp spool pay-off machine(model ZWF-630), tension machine, wire carrying wheel, traction machine and spool take-up machine(model ZWS-630). Wire tension could be adjusted by self-damp spool pay-off machine, and it has no power for itself.it is through the tension machine and wire carrying wheel that wire goes into the bathes. Traction and take-up machine specification: Traction motor: 5.5KW with inverter Capstan: covered with WC, wolfram-carbon Take-up motor: 4.0KW with inverter Pay-off and take-up machine: controlled by PLC, with display Independent electrical control for each line Speed: it is up to the length of bath and copper coating processing and also the surface condition of wire. Usually the speed is controlled within 5-6 meters per second.(for thick wire, slower; and for thinner wire, quicker)
