PEKING TONE SUPERSOFT LIGHT WEIGHT BODY FILLER ___________________________________________________________________________ General Properties:Peking tone Super Soft ligth weight body filler is a semiflexible unsaturated polyester resin based body filler which has excellent adhesion, easy apllication and sanding properties.In conjunction with Benzoyl Peroxide paste as hardener, it readily hardens even at low temperature conditions.It gives tack-free surfaces without any shrinkage during curing. Density : 1.05 ± 0.05 kgs/Lts, 20 centigrade Colour : Off-white ____________________________________________________________________________ Aplication Surfaces: Peking tone Super Soft light weight can be applied on bare metal including: aluminium, galvanized steel, wood, SMC, FRP as well as old painted surfaces.____________________________________________________________________________ Application: Peking tone Super Soft light weight can be applied by putty spatulas and flexible rubbers to the surfaces prepared before. It mustnt be applied on thermoplastic acrylic and washprimer surfaces.Mixing Ratio : Pekint tone Super Soft light weight body filler: 100 Hardener : 2-3 Gel Time : 4 8 mins.( depending on the temperature and ratio of hardener) Sanding Time : 20 30 mins., 25 centigrade Sanding Paper : P-100 - P-180 _____________________________________________________________________________ Packaging: 0.5 kg - 1.0 kg - 2.0 kg - 3.0 kg (Net weight of body filler, will coming with hardener.)_____________________________________________________________________________ Storage: Peking tone Super Soft light weight body filler should be kept in its original can in a cool place with the lid securely closed.Under suitable conditions, it can be stored for one year at temperatures up to 25 centigrades. ______________________________________________________________________________ Caution: Flammable. Harmful if inhaled. Vapors may cause flash fire. Irritating to eyes and skin. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product. Do not breathe the vapors. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Use only well ventilated areas away from heat and flames. Keep out of reach of children. Do not return unused mixed material into the can. It should only be used by trained professionals.
