Mingtong series SC(B) 9, SC(B) 10, SC(B) 11, SCZ(B) 9, SCZ(B) 10 and SCZ(B) 11 of epoxy resin casting dry transformer (6-35kV, 30-6300kVA) are environment-friendly and energy-saving products. They are optimized and developed by using our unique process and fixtures independently on the basis of Germany software. It features low loss, noise and partial discharging and reaches the international level at all aspects. Hi/lo-voltage windings are polished and formed by vacuum casting. It can run infallibly and normally under severe conditions such as polluted air and 100% RH. It can be activated without preheating after shutdown. 2,Good insulation. Cast the epoxy resin that boasts an insulating breakthrough field intensity of 22 to 26kV/mm and offers strong insulation capacity when current flows through it. The insulation temperature is of grade F and permits the maximum value of 155°C. The temperature rise of windings does not exceed 100K. 3,Better short-circuit resistance. The better mechanical strength is attributed to properties of resin and complete casting and thermal curing process of windings. 4,Outstanding disaster protection. Epoxy resin is difficult to ignite and can retard combustion and extinguish by its own. Because it is impossible to cause consequential hazards such as fire and explosion, it can be installed around the load center and close to consumers, which reduces the construction cost and expensive low-voltage facilities. 5,Zero maintenance. Comprehensive accessories of temperature control and indication can guarantee the safe operation reliably and so alleviate the workload of operators as well as lower the running expense considerably. 6,Low loss, noise and partial discharging, small volume and light weight facilitate installation and commissioning. 7,High reliability.
