Application instructions Surface preparation l The compressive strength of the concrete substrate should not be less than 25N/mm2, the best application temperature is between 10--25.The air humidity must not be higher than 80%, the moisture content of the substrate shall not be higher than 8. l Correct substrate preparation is critical for optimum performance. Surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose particles, oil, grease, and all other contaminants l Remove oil, grease by scrubbing. Cement laitance, loose particles, pitch and other contaminants must be removed from the surface by sand-blasting. The alkalinity and porosity of the surface must also be considered when painting. l Fill surface cracks with Epoxy-Reinforced Solvent-Free repair mortar to achieve a level surface.
