Product Name Alkali-substitution RH-2301 Introduction Alkali-substitution RH-2301 is colour fixture alkali agent applied in dyeing by reactive dyes process of cotton fabrics, mixed by various alkali compounds. It is a perfect optimized alkali agent, taking place of Sodium Carbonate in traditional dyeing process. It has moderate alkalinity and strong buffering ability, with 1/10 usage amount of Sodium Carbonate. It can control dyeing process at the same step effectively, with the same dyeing effect of Sodium Carbonate. But it is better than Sodium Carbonate because of the dyeing leveling, color fastness, color freshness and applicable operation.Advantage (1) Less usage amount, high performance-price rate and saving cost. (2) Easily wash, less water (3) Shorten the dyeing time (4) It can control dyeing process, fixture speed, avoiding colour failure, which can increase success rate of the dyeing. (5) It can increase colour fastness to some extent.
