Mesh belt furnaces fabricated by DENLI are continuous resistance furnaces tailored to PM industry for the sintering of PM articles or reduction of metal powders. Belt furnaces consist of furnace body, belt conveying system and temperature control system. Furnace body includes feeding zone, pre-sintering zone, sintering zone, slow cooling zone, water cooling zone andunloading zone. Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, in which mesh speed is adjustable by a frequency adjustor and mesh speed is readable on the digital measure device. Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature. Sinter hardening system can be deployed according to customer's demand.
