regenerative oven JO-1 regenerative oven Function : The deoxidation tube is used for a time , it will lost the deoxidation ability after it reach a saturated condition of the adsorbed oxygen. It need to be regenerated after reaction for high pure hydrogen(99.99%)for 2 3 bottles .it’s normal for 1 bottle of hydrogen for common hydrogen ,so suggested to use high pure hydrogen .the water will drain off from the exit on the process of regeneration ,it’s regular as reacted by hydrogen and oxygen .it can be repeatedly use for 3 5 years as use in a proper way . Presentatiom the regenerative oven is made up of heating furnace and temperature control system the pressure of the gas at the entrance of regenerative furnace can not exceed 0.5MPa ,and the flow rate can not exceed 0.2L/minthe blind nut at two ends of deoxidation tube can not loose in order to avoid the air spread into the tube separate parts are two pieces of M8x1 screws ,1 piece of graphit sealing gasket and tube.please acquaint the operation procedure ,and prepare all work according to the demandoperation instruction connect the white wire to the regenerative furnace and fasten the screws ,and then plug the power ,put the connected deoxidation tube into the regenerative furnace .the inlet of the deoxidation tube connect highly pure hydrogen ,the exit export with conduit pipe. Keep the room ventilating ,the flow rate is 100ml/min .Press the power switch ,the regenerative furnace is on the work , the OUT indicator light turn on means there is drive output signal ,the screen display the temperature is increasing gradually .the temperature is set for 270°C at our factory. Keep the constant temperature 4 hours after the temperature is increased to 270°C. Reduce the temperature to a room temperature when there is no water exported from the exit . closed the two ends of the deoxidation tube ,the process is completed . Please keep the hydrogen crossing on the whole process .
