This filter has wide filter area, big flow and wide application scope. So it is widely used in pharmaceuticalchemical fields and food industries. it has particularly good effects when it is used for filtering injection liquids in pharmaceutical factories. Features: All parts of the machine are made by the SUS304 or SUS316L except the collocated dynamo. It can filtrate each solution with different PH value. This machine adopts sealed pressure-filter, In this way, it will have a good result which is that low wastegood quality and high efficiency. And the filtering part consists of ten layers of filter plates, so it has very large filter area and flow. You can product the different process(initial filter, half-precision filter, precision filter) requirements according to the different filtrated solution. You can change the filter membranes,and reduce or increase the quantity of filter plates according to the users product flow, in order to meet the produce requirement.So the machine has some features,such as multi-functional ,wild application scope. The filter plates is used the flat screw-thread reticulation which is advanced, easy to clean and never defrom. So it can increase the using life of the filter membranes and reduce the cost of the products. This machine is equipped with liquid infusion pump which is also made by stainless steel. And the dynamo on the pump is very small so that the power is low waste. And under the engine base, there are rubber wheels which is flexible and convenient for using.
