After powered, rear axle and hydraulic pump begin to run. It is equipped with electric starting device ( except for external power supply platform). 2 Hydraulic pump PTO( power takeoff ) part PTO of hydraulic pump is fixed on the take-force window of gear-box in the rear axle. Power is transmitted by belt, and the pump is gear pump. 3 Working arm The working arm with folding structure has two types: two-fold and three-fold. The up and down movement is promoted by hydro-cylinder, and we can regulate phase angle of the arm optionally at permissible range. 4 Rotation setup There are four elements: rotary stage, slewing bearing, hydraulic motor, turbine reducer. Reducer promoted by hydraulic motor drives slewing bearing to gyrate so that working platform can rotate 360°.According to different configuration, the platform of non-rotating arm doesn’t have this function. 5 Outrigger There are two types of outrigger: screw and hydraulic. Consumers can collocate as required. 6 Hydraulic system This moderate high pressure open system selects hydraulic components from brand producers both at home and abroad, and we also design retraction prevention, hydraulic overload protection, oil pipe explosion protection and so on to assure safety. 7 Operation board The operation board is equipped with piezometer and ampere-voltage meter to monitor the changes of working process.
