SlimeSlime Dryer Work principle: Due to its high humidity and high cohesive performance, the wet coal slime shall be carried into the breaking equipment through belt conveyor during drying process. The broken massive coal slime will pass through several working areas when getting access to the drying machine in negative pressure. The first area of slime dryer is the material guiding area where wet coal slime contacts with hot air in high temperature and negative pressure resulting in fast evaporation of the large number of water contented. The coal slime will be lead to the next working area without any agglomeration formed under the effort of the shoveling plate in large lead angle. The second one of slime dryer is the cleaning area where wet coal slime is shoveled by shoveling plates, forming a curtain of fall-down material, which forms agglomerations on the barrel wall when they are falling. However the cleaning device designed for this area can fast eliminate the coal slime sticking to the barrel wall. During this process, the cleaning device also plays a role on breaking pelletized and agglomerate materials to expand the area of heat exchange, improve the efficiency of heat and mass transmission, and increase the drying rate. The third one of slime dryer is the tilt material rising plate area. It is a kind of low-temperature drying area where coal slime is not sticky due to their loose state with less water content. The finished products have met the requirement for water content during heat exchange before moving into the final discharge area. Thelast area of slime dryer is the discharge area where shoveling plates are not installed inside the barrel body of the drying machine.
