Mixing skid:The modelBACS-300-100Batch and Continuous Cement mixing skid utilizes the ACM-III which is the latest in mixing tachnology and density control.It also includes two 50bbl batch tanks and a 8bbl mixing tank.The two 50bbl batch tanks with agitators allows the batch mixing of up to 100bbl of cement for primary,plug and squeeze cementing operations. In the normal auto cement mixing operation,the 50bbl batch tank can also be used as averaging tank,not only further adds additional mixing energy,but also provides averaging oa slurry density,and additive concentration is further made uniform.The large batch tank makes the operators' job easier by making the process more forgiving to potential job problems such as unsteady bulk delivery.Thus the quality of the resulting slurry and versatility of the unit adds significant value to the customer. The mixing system consists of a high energy recirculating mixing system,high rate recirculating pump and tub agitator.The diffuser aids in removing air entrainment from bulk cement.A densitometer is mounted in the recirculating line and the mix water is measured with a turbine flow meter.The one compartment 1.4m3 (8bbl)mixing tank maintains the ability to mix cement on the fly with good density control and provides adequate residence time for good cement mixing .
