Main Technical Performance 1.Imported bush bearing with pre-stress is selected for plate cylinder, rubber cylinder and impression cylinder. 2.Rubber cylinder and impression cylinder with single eccentric separately and air cylinder solenoid for coupling. 3.Ink forme roller with air cylinder solenoid for coupling. 4.Water forme roller with air cylinder solenoid for coupling. The speed of water duct roller can be adjusted separately. Its speed is synchronized with main motor. 5.Up and down of the delivery table is driven by air cylinder. 6.Inside and outside pushers are used in addition to belt conveyor to avoid scratch on backside of sheet. 7.The surface of the rubber cylinder and impression cylinder are coated for corrosion-proof.
