Grade: 1. Clears The highest quality grade which is ideally suited for uses where a long length clear finish is required. Due to its light color and clean appearance, Clears grade requires a minimum of processing to achieve an excellent finish. Specifications: Knot free on two faces and two edges. 2. Premium Cuttings: This unique grade which is renowned for its high yielding of clear cuttings is ideally suited for the manufacture of all quality furniture items. Specifications: 70% of the pieces will yield 60% and better of its length in clear cuttings with the minimum cutting 600mm and longer. 30% of the pieces will yield 60% and cuttings with the minimum cutting 1.000m and longer. 3. Furniture A distinctive grade which is ideally suited for the manufacture of furniture and appearance boards where a knotty finish is required. Excellent recoveries are achievable as this grade can be used in its entirety. Specifications: Knots will be live on the best face and less than one half of the width. Cone holes may be present in the occasional piece. 4. Standard This versatile grade is ideally suited for the manufacture of frame work, shelving, furniture, etc. Specifications: When clear length cuttings are required, recoveries of 70%, 300mm and longer are achievable. 5. Industrial A packaging and pallet making grade which is also suitable in the full length as supplied for temporary construction and other similar uses. Specifications: Any number or combination of defects shall be permitted provided that the pieces shall hold together during the course of normal handling.
