ISP Fine Impact Crusher General describation ISP strong fine impact crusher is a series highly-effective fine impact crusher manufactured by our company on the basis of foreign advanced technology. It can be used for secondary and fine crushing. When processing materials with compression strength less than 150Mpa, the maximum feeding size is 400mm; when processing the materials with compression strength greater than 150Mpa, the maximum feeding size is 200mm. It can be widely used in sand-making and aggregate process in the fields of water and electricity, highway, city construction, etc. It gained the national patent in 2005 ( Patent NO: ZL200420075314). Structure features: It has two grade impact crushing chamber and both can be adjusted; installation and shipment are convenient; rotors are linked with taper sleeve; high-efficient wearing hammer and reaction plate can be inserted; both sides of the frame has a symmetric opening door so as to easily replace hammer and reaction plate. It features of unique structure, easy and convenient operation, high efficiency, products shaped cubic, the sand-making ratio is above 30%, and the discharge granularity is adjustable.
