New Prefabricated Continuous Type Shuttle Kiln For quick and easy installation on flat concrete floor, very compact with latest prefab kiln technology incorporated. The prefabricated kiln is a small or medium size kiln which is fabricated in our factory and delivered in separate modules to be joined at the site. To reduce the investment and operation cost, we built the prefabricatedkiln with suspended kiln wall, which is supported by steel structure. Thus the wheel of the kiln car will be exposed in the atmosphere, the working tempeature of wheel is designed around 80°C and the requirement for lubrication will be much less. The Unique Waste Heat Utilization system provides less power requirement and less fuel consumption. The main advantages comparing with the tunnel kilnare as follows: Sintering quality of the products is better: thesolid phase reation sintering is improved, more mullite phase is generated and the color of product is uniformity;Lowest fuel consumption:not morethan 700 Kcal/Kg-Brick (as 20T/d);Less power consumption: 5 9 KWH(as 20T/d);Less floor area, less investment both in equipment and civil works;Lower fault rate of kiln and almost zero maintenance cost;Less operators: 2 workers (as 20T/day, including setting on the kiln car, kiln monitoring & unloading from the kiln car) per shift, 2 shifts per day.Easy to adjust the firing temperature to fire different grade refractory;Short construction period (as for 20T/d, 30days including erection, commissioning and start-up);Multi application:high alumina brick, high alumina clinker, synthesized mullite,homogenized material (synthesized mullite & synthesized corundum), and so on;Itcan works continuously like tunnel kiln and/or batch like shuttle kiln.
