When handling slabs length more than 6m,please adopt a combination of 2 units in order to avoid eccentricity declination,as slabs are unbending,so it is normal to adopt 2 units of magnets for such application. Features: 1,The optimum magnetic circuit is designed according to that while billets have the characteristic of big magnetic conductivity.Which is of small power consumption,light weight,large lifting capacity and reliable operation. 2,The coil is made of aluminum wire which has fine performance of heat-resistance.The insulation treatments adopt the vacuum drying and glue filling,which has improved the electrical and mechanical performance of the coils.The insulation grade can reach class C.So this series can weat well under high temperature and worse working conditions.
