The oil filter ETKF 40 is specially developed to filter oil-containing materials. A pre-filter of stainless steel weaving 100 mµ, serves as pre-filter to extract coarse-grained materials. The automatic high capacity pump extracts by this pre-filter the oil to be cleaned and it is pressed through the fine filter inside the filter housing. These fine filters can be changed without problems into: 2 Micron 5 Micron 10 Micron 20 Micron Not only vegetable oils, but also hydraulic oils and motor oils, can be cleaned by this filter. The oil filter is also qualified for pumping oil into barrels for cleaning, to fill up tanks and many other applications. The model ETKF40 F specially designed for filtration of fats. ETKF40 F is equipped with an additional heater in the suction pipe as well as in the filter housing. The integrated pressure gauge provides exact information about the impurity of the filter cartridge. The higher the pressure inside, the higher the impurity of the filter. The filter function will be reversed by the rinsing function. The hot cleaned oil will be sucked in at the outlet and then pumped off via the inlet. By this way the impurity particles will be loosened in the filter and flushed out. This function only serves temporary to increase service life of filter.
