Working principle of screw drill: The screw drill is a positive displacement downhole motor drill powered by the drilling fluid and converting the liquid pressure energy into mechanical energy. When the mud pumped out from the mud pump flows through the bypass valve into the motor, there forms a definite pressure difference at the inlet and the outlet of the motor to push the rotor to rotate round the axial line of the stator and transmit, through the universal shaft and the transmission shaft, the rotation speed and the torque to the drill bit, thus realizing the well drilling operation. Composition of screw drill: The screw drill is composed of such four major assemblies as a bypass valve, a mud motor, a universal shaft and a transmission shaft. Characteristics of screw drills manufactured in this company: The screw motor is one of the major components, the pressure drop bearable at each stage of which is less than 0.8MpaThe rubber bushing for the stator of the motor is made out of a formula of high temperature materials, whose service temperature is within the range of 160 ; the bypass valve of an arrow-like valve structure of the companys own design, which ensure its service and durability; and fully enclosed bearings are adopted for the transmission shaft, which ensures their lubrication under a good environment, thus prolonging greatly their service life.
