KSP4000 features a strong electronic system: a 16-digit A/D convertor which has automatically zero clearing (enhanced electronic dark current adjust), an EEPROM memory adjusting system, easy to operate. An electronic shutter, which allows the shortest integration time of 1 ms, effectively avoiding detector saturation; a signal-to-noise ratio of 1000:1, and an optical resolving power (FWHM) of 0.03-8.4nm (depending on the selected optical grating and the entrance slit). The KSP4000 can be connected to computer through the USB2.0 interface. Characteristic data of each spectrum is all memorized in the memory. Installed with professional testing software, it’s easy to read data and support heat exchange. When connected through the USB with a computer, it will depend on the computer to supply electricity, without the need of an external power, thus it is very suitable for outdoors testing.
