WNS series automatic fuel (gas) boilers are with instant installation and horizontal inner combustion boiler with three strokes, wet backs and fire tubes. The main press components include boiler shell, tube plates, back combustion room, wave hearth, and smoke tube.The boiler smoke stroke is of three-stroke designs. The first design is structure of wave hearth and back combustion room to enhance the combustion room flexibility. The second stroke is of screwed smoke tube structure to enhance heat transfer and to improve thermal efficiency. The third stroke is of light smoke tube to improve the smoke exhaust temperature and to prevent acid corrosion caused by low exhaust temperature.The heated surface of the boiler is symmetrical as well as the water cycle. The hot water boiler is in natural cycle mode. Hence the back water flows to the bottom of the cylinder and along the front tube plate cut of the small smoke room, to warm up the water in the boiler. After heating equally, water is exhausted from the top inside the boiler; the heated tube plate of the small smoke room can also be cooled.Low-position combustion room layout is adopted in addition to the sufficient steam room for the steam boiler. Equipped with efficient equal air hole plate separator, this boiler ensures high steam quality.Wet-back structure greatly improves the operating environment of the high temperature tube plate. Positive pressure combustion method reduces the heat loss of the smoke exhaust and improves the boiler efficiency.Press components of the boiler are reliable butt welded line. The boiler shell is made up of 20g boiler steel plate and welded with the front-back tube plates. The hearth is made up of the straight wave and flat taper hearth, and connected with front-back tube plates.The heated surface of the boiler is symmetrical. The hearth is located on the center line. The smoke tube is centered on the axis at the arc of the outer side of the hearth. During operation, the center of the hearth is most heated. The second stroke near the hearth, and the third stroke at the outer side are least heated. This layout may reduce stress.Front-back smoke cabinet, back combustion room and smoke flow features: The smoke flow is of three-stroke design. Flame sprayed from the combustion room heats some flow from the front hearth to the first stroke at the back. The heated smoke flows from the combustion room to the front smoke cabinet through the second-stroke screwed smoke tube and forms the second stoke. Finally it comes through the third-stroke smoke tube, flows from the front smoke cabinet to the smoke outlet at the back of the boiler and forms the third stroke. The front-back smoke cabinet is with special air resistant structure. The smoke cabinet is with a stylish housing.Heat preservation and heat insulation features: The boiler is made of three-layer silicic acid aluminum fiber of 25mm thickness to preserve the heat. With light weight and good heat preservation, the housing is stainless steel plate with resistance and stylish design.Platform rail features: The platform is mounted at the top of the boiler. Rails are located at one side to facilitate manhole and valve operation and maintenance.
