New Huaide Chinese spirit is produced in the city of Gongzhuling, the big grain-producing area in China. In the period of planned economy, it was awarded name of “Jilin Famous Brand Wine”. Now, the company has attained ISO9001 quality management system certification and HACCP food safety management system certification, and has also won various honorary titles such as honorable products of China Quality Long March, Jilin Famous Trademark, etc. New Huaide “Classical” is a strong aromatic Chinese spirit (38%vol and 52%vol). The spirit takes broomcorn, rice, sticky rice, wheat and corn as raw materials, and the middle and high temperature “Baobao Daqu spirit” made by high-quality wheat as the saccharified ferment. The old mud cellar is taken for fermentation. Then, the spirit is processed by cycle cellar ferment, solid continuous feeding grains, and “dual-wheel bottom fermentation”. Upon grain-feeding in separated layers, mixed steaming and burning, subsection, spirit-taking and oinochoe-classification according to quality, classified storage, matching, aging, inspection and packaging, the spirit features clearness, ravishing bouquet, fresh and sweet taste, harmonious aroma and long-lasting fragrance. Thus, it is a classic strong aromatic Chinese spirit made out of five grains.
