In-line pump The In-line pumps manufactured by our company are designed superiorly . The pump and motor are integrated into one body . They provided with good performance, low noise, easy maintenance and equal functions to the type IS, IB or IH pumps . They are divided into 4 series: *HGDR-Single phase hot-water In-line pump *HGR-Hot-water In-line pump *HGF-Corrosion resistent In-line pump *HGB-Explosion-proof In-line pump Applications In-line pumps of the series HGR,HGDR are used for high buildings,cooling towers,garden sprinkling,small size water towers,fire-fighting water supply and long distance water supply systems . They are also used for heating systems , cool/hot water circulating systems , drainage and water supply systems for boilers . Corrosion resistant and explosion-proof In-line pumps of the series HGF, HGB are used in where chemical corrosive flammable or explosive liquid are to be transferred , such as chemical , oil refining , foodstuff and pharmaceutic industries . Operating Conditions 1. Systems pressure : <0.8Mpa(8kg/cm2) 2. Ambient temperature should not be higher than 40°C; 3. For Hot-water In-line pump series HGR, HGDR water temperature should not be higher than 120°C .Only clean and soft water can be pumped .For corrosion resistant In-line pump series HGF ,liquid temperature should not be higher than 105°C.
