Shear: •The shear can be vertical or horizontal, most of them is vertical. •The billet is conveyed by manipulator and chain to extrusion press automatically. •Set the shear length by ruler •Oil-tank is controlled by Electromagnetic valve •Oil-tank is non-leak •There is one automatic lubricating system, can lubricate fully and shear is uneasy to attrit; extending the using life of thermal scissors. 4. Heating system: • Burner is BG400 or BG450, Betone, Sweden •When burning machine is heated at setting temperature, gas valve is closed automatically, the fire is flamed out automatically and burning machine get out the furnace , the door of furnace is closed automatically, preventing gas from leaking in the furnace chest. When lighting, the door of furnace is opened, burning machine enter into furnace and light and heat (furnace chest under negative pressure ), in addition burning system is designed below furnace chest, causing to heat aluminum bar directly , so coming to heat quickly ,low-energy, easy to maintain. 5. Safe system: * In order to prevent the furnace pressure too high, because the high furnace pressure could cause deflagration and explosion. We especially design furnace pressure reducing system for this problem. When pressure of furnace is too high, pressure-reducing system will cause the pressure of furnace chest to reduce to negative pressure automatically and the pressure of furnace come to normal state, so it is not easy to deflagrate and explode. * There is four safety explosion-proof mouth on top of furnace, when furnace chest is subjected to powerful pressure, explosion-proof mouth is opened automatically. 6. The design of energy saving: • 90% sites of hot gas circulation blasting pipe is designed in the wall of furnace chest, which greatly reduces the heating dissipation area; using high –quality cotton insulation and thickening insulation the wall of furnace, which effectively improve energy utilization and energy loss. • There is fan on top of furnace, can make hot air circulate inside of furnace 7. Short bar transform system: When the length of long billet (the length is 6000mm) is less than 900mm, it transfers into short billet dealing system automatically, until there is not , then transfers into long billet shearing billet system. 8.
