At the present, T-551 coating has been used in more than 40 wine manufactories all over the country. And the whole finished coating area has reached more than 200 thousand square meters, and the largest area is 30 thousand square meters. 3 BIAM® T-541 coating of alkali-resistant Following the T-541、T-551、T-541J coating is also a kind of solvent-free, two-component coatings of the institute. It is no harm to the environment., T-541J has been applied in the alkali containers of the fiber production line in the synthetic fiber factories, and the coating is completely clean-cut. 4 BIAM® T-541S inner-face coating for drinking containers T-541S is one of solvent-free, two-component coatings for inner face of drinking containers,it is harmless to the environment and the human beings. This coating has no danger of exploding when it is being applied. After curing, the compact glossing coating also has no smell when it is dipped in water. And it is unnecessary to dip the containers in water, just clean them in accordance with the normal procedures before the containers have been applied this coating. 5 BIAM® inorganic coatings This kind of coating has excellent ability of catholic protection , excellent resistance to the alcohol，seawater，wet atmosphere and salty fog etc.. The coating also has a high stability to all kinds of organic solvents and mineral oils, and good resistance to the high temperature of 400°C. And it is ordorless, innocuous, harmless, and has no volatile of solvent. Low electric resistivity can make the coating good resistant to static electricity. The longevity of the top coating and the primer is the same, without aging phenomena and catalytic reaction.
