1) Vehicle specifications: a) Engine: 70kw, 95HP Diesel. b) With air brake. c) With cooling system for hot climate. d) With wind breaker. e) Tires: 2x4 + 1 spare f) Number of axles: 2 g) Loading capacity: 5 tons h) 2010 Truck Model i) Should include all required certificates and manual. 2) MAIN BOX. a) Dimensions: (L) 400cm x (W) 190cm x (H) 200cm b) Main box made of steel not less than 3mm thickness. c) Roof is 3mm Galvanized steel sheet, strong enough to hold 4 tons of materials. d) Floor is 3mm Galvanized steel sheet . e) Bottom of the main box (under) is painted with anti rust and anti scratch paint. f) Divided into 6 sections, equal in size, open on both sides. g) The inside divisions are made of 4-5mm aluminum sheets, with aluminum supporting bars not less than 3mm thickness. Inside divisions, front and back will be filled with Styrofoam wherever applicable for additional strength. h) Supporting bars – 3mm thick will be on all sides, top and floor and on the dividers to make the box stronger. Refer to the drawing. i) The back should be completely flat to fix advertisements. j) The main box is attached to the chassis with bolts and nuts. k) Hooks on all sides on top of the main box to tie items. Hook distance: 50 cm apart. Hook diameter: 5mm, length: 7 cm. Refer to the drawing. 3) SHUTTERS. a) Each division has two shutter doors on each side made of high quality aluminium. b) The lower shutters open upwards and the upper shutters open downwards. c) The shutters will have channels to go up and down, similar to the fire truck shutters. d) Shutter stops: Upper will have two pairs of stops and lower shutters will have 1 pair of stop. e) Each shutter will have a lock. f) Rolled shutters in the inside must be covered with aluminium box for protection.
