Whether the blade on the machine is too hard or too soft, it will bring negative effects. Therefore, DECER developed a blade of proper hardness (580HV), so that it will not damage the rolling cylinder and increase its own wear resistance. Using the blades from DECER, customers can reduce the number of times to stop the machine to change the blade. In that way, production efficiency is increased. 2. Elasticity: Since there are sags and crests on the surface of the electro-engraving cylinder, blade on it will bounce continuously under high running speed. Blade with low elasticity is unable to restore to its original position quickly and will consequently affect the quality of next ink-scratching process.
