Details Product Description : BCM melt pressure transducers and transmitters (MPT) are developed from BCM strain gauge technology and are in mass production. The MPTs are made from stainless steel material (standard version) and the pressure diaphragms have special alloy coating for all the MPT models. Both the rigid stem and flexible extension provide thermal isolation to MPT's electronic circuitry, which make MPT suitable for melt pressure and melt temperature measurements. The output signals of BCM MPT products can be millivolt signal, or ampliefied signal (4 20 mA, 0 5 or 0 10 V). These products are equipped with internal 80%FS shunt calibration function so that it is convinient for the operators to check the calibration without the need of external pressure source. BCM MPT160-series are basic models of BCM's MPT family, from which the other models are developed.
