We have two manufactures one located in Zhangjiagang City along the Yangtze River, another one is in Huanyin City. Both mills are in Jiangsu province. One of our largest local customer is zhangjiagang Feiteng Aluminum Composite Panel Co.,ltd. We supply our PE raw material through agent to Zhejiang and Guangzhou manufactures. We used to sell our products through some export agent abroad. Our products have been used and accepted by manufactures of aluminum composite panel in Russia, India, Indonesia, Dubai, and some European countries. For the successful experience, we established our own export company chewit and decided to explore customers by our trading department. We could mainly provide PE particles for fire prevention grade A and B. Please kindly find the PE performance as below. Fire Prevention Grade B (as per GB8624-2006) 1. Density: 1.3-1.33 2. Tensile strength: 7.33 3. Impact strength: No rupture 4. Oxygen index: ≥35.8 5. Melt index: 2-2.3 6. Heat distortion temperature: 130 degree centigrade Fire Prevention Grade A 1. Density: around 1.17-1.19 2. Tensile strength: 6.83 3. Impact strength: No rupture 4. Oxygen index: ≥37.3 5. Melt index: 2-3.3 6. Heat distortion temperature: 135 degree centigrade
