1. In cooperation with the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop biomass circulating fluidized bed boilers, the company has carried out a series of special researches. The main design principle is to inherit the mature and reliable technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler and carry on the targeted design for biomass, including the technology of preventing biomass from caking, dust stratification, and scorification in the process of combustion, corrosion resistance technology, biomass feeding technology, separation and circulation technology, soot blowing technology of tail heating surface, pollutant discharge standard meeting measures, etc. The boiler ash has good activity and higher comprehensive utilization values. Integrating the design and running experience of biomass circulating fluidized bed boilers at home and abroad, we have jointly developed 130t/h and 75t/h high-temperature high-pressure steam boilers with biomass clean combustion technology. The combustion method, with high combustion efficiency and low pollution, is able to carry out comprehensive utilization, adaptable to various fuels, and convenient for adjustment. 2. On the basis of mature and reliable technology of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, a series of new technologies have been adopted aiming to biomass fuels such as the technology of preventing biomass from caking and dust stratification in the process of combustion; superheater high temperature corrosion resistance technology; biomass feeding, and separation and circulation technology. 3. 35t/h and 50t/h Rice Husk Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler It adopts the combustion method of circulating fluidized bed with rice husk as main fuel. Coal can be used as auxiliary fuel in time of insufficient rice husk or separately. The addition of limestone to the furnace can greatly reduce the generation and discharge amount of SO2. Low-temperature and staged blast can greatly preve
