The product stands in a leading position in both the domestic and international building material markets in terms of advanced technology. Water-free urinal Saving water! Saving worry! Saving money! Patented1 Hydrophobic: Silver nanometer class anti-soil and bacterial-proof technology is applied on high quality ceramic surface to make it adhered with a fine layer of nanometer structure, reaching high surface density and finish. Water absorption of the ceramic surface is less than 0.025, thus make it difficult for urine to remain with odor eliminated. 2 Bacterial-repellent: The ceramic surface enamel layer contains a special bacteria-repellent material, which effectively suppresses infest of bacterial and eliminates odor, stains and scales generated from urine destroyed by bacteria. The unique smooth concave ceramic surface make it difficult for urine or dust to remain or form scales; the silver nanometer class bacteria-proof ceramic and special anti-soil material contained inside the enamel layer makes it difficult for soil to adhere onto the ceramic surface. QIs it really that there is no odor in the water-free urinal? AIt is really that there is no odor. For fresh urine contains no bacteria, and its content, molecules of ammonia, has function of anti-inflammatory function. The reason why urine has odor is because urine will combine with water after 30 minutes, which is then destroyed by bacteria. If there is no water present, ammonia odor will not be generated. The traditional water flushing urinals are equipped with bends, which are the locations where odor is generated. So, large amount of water must be flushing to eliminate odor, but a lot of fresh water is wasted. The water-free urinal does not use water and has no odor, which greatly reduces transmission of infectious diseases and improves air quality in toilet and its neighboring spaces. 3 Leak tightness Unique patented technology of this company, the sealing by film gas phase suction-up, realizes close sealing by means of a special bag made of film installed under the drainage, which receives urine. Pressure difference between the internal and external of the bag will suck up the bag wall automatically, thus effectively preventing odor inside the drainage from leaking out. Its special design of no port left leaves no space for urine scale to remain. Q Will urine not adhere onto surface of the urinal? AFor the unique design of the water-free urinal and function of the attraction of gravitation, urine will flow into the odor isolation device very fast. And the little amount of urine adhered on the surface, which does no contain bacteria, will evaporate in a short period of time, so, the water-free urinal will not generate odor. 4 Simplicity Any trouble in installation of water supplying device and pipe bends are eliminated. The urinal is connected to drainage in full sealed condition. Hoses are tightly inserted with multiple water sealing, making drainage cleaning much faster and more convenient. QAre installation and cleaning complicated? AEverything becomes very simple! As there is no water flushing device, no design for water supplying system is required. All costs and troubles brought about by water flush urinals are eliminated while drainage is reduced, blockade scarce, drainage cleaning much easier than the traditional urinals, and pressure on the municipal network alleviated. Only three one can ensure simple cleaning: One time per day fresh water cleaning for the ceramics: Only the ceramic surface and the stainless steel isolation screen need to be cleaned by fresh water. (The stainless steel screen is for blocking entry of any foreign objects) One time per week fresh water cleaning for the odor isolation device: Use the hooking tools delivered free of charge to take out the stainless steel isolation screen and odor isolation device, and use fresh water to clean them. One time per month flushing the drainage pipe port: Use the hooking tools delivered free of charge to take out the stainless steel isolation screen and odor isolation device first and then pour a suitable amount of toilet cleaning agent into the urine port (to clean urine stains and scales), wait for ten minutes and flush with fresh water. 5 Performance/cost ratio Q How much money can be saved if water-free urinal is used? A One day: 100 men X 4 times X 3 liters = 1,200 liters = 1.2 ton One month: 1.2 ton X 22 days = 26.5 ton One year: 26.5 ton X 12 months = 318 ton Expenditure saved: 318 ton X 5 yuan/ton = 1,590.00 yuan/year Low cost consumption materials of water-free urinals: if users are 300 man-times per day, then the odor isolation device shall be replaced once half a year. 6 Appearance design of ceramics Humanized wide profile design exerts users no feeling of being pressed by the wall. Three profiles of design: water drop, light/thin and rectangular (all of which can be installed with drainage in wall or in floor). 7 Scope of installation It is widely used in hotels, hospitals, universities and colleges, bus/railway stations, armed forces, mobile toilets, public toilets, expressway service areas and families. 8 Achievements The Beijing Municipal Administration Commission lists the water-free urinal as a R&D project and recommends it to organizational committee of the Olympic Beijing 2008 to be installed in sports fields, stadiums and gymnasiums. The products have been sold far to Japan, Korea, Canada and Denmark and etc. Water saving is obvious. Inspections made by the relevant organizations in the three countries and regions have proved that their effect surpasses the water flush urinals. Inspections made by a Japanese organization (SHIMIZU Corporation) on environment of the water -free urinal and a control product of water flush urinal showed odor in environment where water-free urinal is installed is 5% less than the water flush product.
