1. Brief This machine is the advanced equipment used for the decorticating of peanut. It features compact structure, stable operation and low noise. After being put into charging spout, the peanut automatically enter into decorticating room composed of two friction rollers, and get rid of the skin of the peanut so as to produce peanut without red seed color. 2. Working principle The red skin peanut is automatic feed into the decorticating room after feeding into hopper that this room is composed of a couple of attrition roller. Then perfect peanut blanched without skin will appear after the processing.3. Structure and performance This machine is consist of three Phases Asynchronous Motor, hopper, roller, discharge, cyclone system, main machine, selecting conveyer, vibrating separator, electric cabinet, etc. The roller is special for the peanut with red skin, it has high decorticating rate, less consumption, and good operation. 4. Installation Instructions 5.1 Check if the bolts of all transmission parts and joint parts are getting loose during transportation; if these bolts are loose, please fasten the bolts and then install the blanching machine. 5.2 The machine should be installed on a firm and horizontal ground. 6. User Instructions and Notices 6.1 Check if the bolts of the joint parts, bearing rings and transmission parts are getting loose, if loose, please fasten the bolts and then switch on the motor. 6.2 There is a bolt for adjusting height under the motor, it can adjust the gradient of the machine and discharging speed of blanched peanut. The gradient of the machine should be adjusted according to the actual situation (if the discharging speed is too fast, the peanut blanching rate would be low; if the discharging speed is too slow, the peanut surface will be much damaged). 6.3 There is a discharging adjustment baffle close to discharging exit. The baffle can directly control the discharging speed. Adjust the baffle bolt after feeding the raw materials, which will make the machine discharging peanut kernel evenly and meet the blanching standards. 6.4 This machine adopts 380V three-phase alternative current. Check if the turning direction of the roller is the same as the direction of the arrow on the machine; if the directions are not the same, please correct it. 6.5 Clean the roller periodically (according to the processing amount and time) in order to keep the machine precise. 6.6 There is a belt tensioning wheel on the triangle belt. When the triangle belt is loose, then fasten the bolt and make the belt tighter to avoid the slip between belt and belt wheel. 6.7 The peanut raw materials must be cleaned very carefully without impurities in case the impurities go into peeling machine and damage the roller. 7. Maintenance 7.1 Handle the blanching machine and parts carefully during maintenance and repair to avoid damaging it. 7.2 Add grease on each bearing once per three months. 7.3 Clean the machine after every shift. 7.4 The machine operator should read the manual carefully.
