Anti-static rubber mat or conductive ground mat should be used in the workshops and advanced adoratories for Microelectronic industries suchas electronic semi -conduct devices,computers, Tele-communication equipment and integrated circuits ect. Whenanti-static table pads (ground pads)are laid out and grounded,the working surface will discharge the static electricity of human bodies so that a near-equipotentialcan be maintained for ESDS tweezers , tools , utensils and instruments , through which human bodies contact the working table and static sensitive devices (SSD)are free from broad band interference produced by static discharging such astriboelectrification etc , in this way , electrostatic protection is reslized . Anti-static rubber mat are mainly made of anti-static (conductive)and static-dissipative materials , and synthetic rubber. The surface layer is a 0.5mm thickstatic-disspative layer . The bottom layer is a 1.5mm conductive layer. Generally, 2mm thick double-layer structure is used. The available colors include green, gray, blue, black and yellow etc. Conductive ground mat are made of quality conductive material and synthtic rubber. Resistivty of surface and bottom layers: 103Ω to 105Ω ,The black colcr is normally used.
