Amorphous alloy is a new-generation energy-saving material manufactured by swift curing process. Physically it appears to be disorder amorphous arrangement of metal atoms. Compared with the crystal silicon steel, amorphous alloy is very likely to be magnetized and demagnetized. Its iron core is just 0.025mm-thick, which is about the common silicon steel thickness of 1/10. Both laminating coefficient and saturated magnetic flux density are relatively low. Usually take the magnetic flux density for three-phase transformer from 1.25 to 1.35 Gs. Iron core made of this new material has many characteristics such as greatly saturated magnetic induction, low loss, low exciting current and good temperature stability. Iron core is shaped in the form of single frame or three-phase five-pole. Use thin plates or shaped frame to hold the iron core. Low-voltage coils of foil winding and sectional high-voltage coils jointly contribute to the less loss, powerful short-circuit resistance, rational structure and world-level performance. 1.
