PS7100 high-pressure fuel injection pump 1.Characteristics of the composition P9 fuel injection pump is strengthened plunger pump; it has small volume, big injection quantity and load-carrying capability. It composed of pump body, injection system, injection quantity controlled system,control mechanism,etc.It has standard installation size of Z-pump in comparison with general pumps. The lead of cam has been added to assemble plungers have big diameters(up to 18mm).It uses fore feed lubrication or independent lubrication, the intensity and rigidity of the pump body and the camshaft have been intensified,so it is more dependable and safer.because we use the snap ring collar to locating the spring upper seat, the injection system can be disassembled up the pump,so it is convenient to assemble or disassemble the pump. 2.Pump body P9 fuel injection pump is hanging-flange and sealing fuel injection pump,the pump body is located by the arc radius 62.5 millimeters, hanger installed,the cylinder distance is 45mm, material is aluminum ally, metal mold casting, better intensity and rigidity, can bear higher pressure at pump end, and it has oil filler hole and spill port when force-feed has been used. 3.Injection system The plunger block of the injection system is hanging in the cylinders, delivery valve assembly, delivery valve gasket are fixed in the plunger block. There are 2 o-rings on the plunger block, realize the low pressure seal. We can turn the plunger block to adjust the delivery unevenness of cylinders because of the hole on the plunger block. There are gaskets between the plunger block and the pump body to adjust the prestroke and the injection angle between cylinders which make the cam profile in the best working order.Delivery valve assembly can separate the high-pressure line from the pumping cavity to prevent the backwash of the fuel, delivery retraction lift can preserve the remaining pressure to avoid secondary injection and disorder injection,and the spill port on the plunger sleeve can reduce the spillage of the fuel. 4.Injection quantity controlled system We can control the injection quantity by the control pinion and the control rack. The control rack drivers the control pinion engaged with it to control the plungers, changed the position of the plunger and the plunger sleeve,so the injection quantity changed at the same time. 5.Cnotrol mechnism The control mechanism is composed of the camshaft unit, the roller tappet,the plunger spring and the spring block. The camshaft is installed in the pump body by a pair of conical roller bearings; the cams drive the roller tappets and move the plungers up and down reciprocating,the plunger make the up plunger down, and make the tappet assembly and the cam together.
