Details of our machine: 1.Control system This machine ultilizes industrial computer to set the length,temperature,heat sealing,acceleration,ect and is equipped with three photo-electrical tracers/sensors.The speed of sending the raw materiak can be set as high as six times the normal speed.If there is any bias position of the materials in the produce line,the equipped tracers can stop the machine,even if the machine is operating in a high position.Hold punching function is standard and it can punch at even intervals.Fault detection and counter function are built-in. 2.Kinetic source Kinetic source is provided by servo which also drives the motor where the motor where the speed of the leading raw materials can be set to ensure a steady and efficient materials input.The duration of heating and the contacting speed could be programmed.
