With the motor power, rotor drive the blow bar rotate at a high speed. When entering into the working zone of the blow bar,raw materials are crushed with the striking of blow bar. Then the crushed materials are thrown to the first counterattack plate to get a second crushed;in the third stage,the material are rebounded to the blow bar working zone to get a third crushed,moreover,the materials will strike each other in the cavity,reproducing a large striking power. With the above processes being again and again,until the materials are crushed to the required size,then discharged by the output port.(Note:the space between counterattack plate and rotor can be adjusted,to change the size and shape of the final products. There is a iron-cleaning equipment at the bottom of the machine,when non-crushed materials entering into the cavity,they will be discharged from the iron-cleaning equipment.
