YA/YK Series Mining Vibrating Screen 1. Product Introduction YA/YK Series Mining Vibrating Screen is a large-scale and new production of vibrating screen in the world, which is designed by our engineer in the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technology basis. Equal thickness of Screening principle and multi-angle of screen surface have been adopted in the design. The screen has a slope at the entrance, the angle of the slope is from 35 degrees down to the exit of 11 degrees. The screen shape is like the polyline with different angles. The effectiveness of screening is more brilliant and the capacity is 1.6-2.2 times as much as the traditional screens. It is widely used in mine industry to achieve the classification of big and middle grain size materials and also used in dehydration, referral and desliming industry.2. Working Principle and Structure YA/YK Series Mining Vibrating Screen is operated by vibrating generators driven by electromotors , the excitation force makes the screen cloth vibrate reciprocally along its direction, then the screen cloth powers raw material vibrating in circle to separate. The sieve is assembled by vibration generator , sieve brace , screen cloth , cushion device and base . It has a rational configuration so it can operate for long time with stability . 3. Technical Features All the key parts in the product were analyzed and designed by our engineers with ANSYS finite element analysis software.Motor, axletree,seal and other standard parts are made by the first brand of international SKF manufacturing.Reasonable structure and new vibrators in use. Lateral plates were designed mesh structure; all the beams were used UC structure. The design of the machine can strengthen the intensity and improve the stability.Good Performance, high reliability, smooth operation, minimal deflection and low noise.4.
