Sic-de-ba (briefly named SDB), speed-average-pipe flowmeter, which has measure component---speed average pipe. It is the new measure component developed based on Pitot measure principle. SDB work with differential pressure transmitter, they can measure the gas, liquid and steam in round pipe or rectangle pipe. Product feature (1) Widely applied to measuring medium. It can use for one-way flow, single-phase gas, steam and liquid which density less than 10 centipoises. (3) With several group of pressure hole, probe tests the average flowrate and its pressure differential which can accurately display the actual flowrate in the pipe. (4)SDB flowmeter has simple structure. The detector size is independent with pipe diameter, so it has low installing cost. Compared with orifice plates, the installing cost can be 60% lower. (5) SDB has lower operation cost, compared with orifice plates. SDB adoptes non-contracting throttle set, with low pressure lose. Its pressure lose only 3% 5% of orifice plate. So 90% operation cost can be reduced. It is a high-efficient and energy-saving flow sensor. (6) Wide flow range, above 10:1. It can adapts wide variable working condition.
