Over a century, principle of power transformer has not ever been changed, but along with the development and progress of the times. The advanced production facilities are being perfected, the transformer with amorphous alloy core produced by our company adopts new style magneto conductive material, i.e. amorphous alloy core. The no-load loss of this kind of transformer is 80% lower than that of stalloy cored transformer, and no-load current also is 80% lower. It is the most ideal distribution transformer in energy saving at present, especially suitable for the rural power grids and developing districts, where the load factor is rather low. The amorphous alloy cored power transformer has advantages of low no-load loss, energy saving and environment protection, are fully in accordance with our national industrial policy “resource-saving, environmentally-friendly, establish a REEF Society”. The oil immersed transformer also has ability to reduce and eliminate CO, SO and NOX these harmful gases, is titled as “green material” of 21st century. Features of Products 1.The Transformer core is made of amorphous alloy band, no-load loss is 80% lower than that of s9 type transformer and 25% lower than the stipulated value of JB/T10318. 2.Transformer adopts copper foil LV winding to strengthen the bearing capability against short-circuits. 3.The transformer connecting group adopts Dyn 11 to reduce the effect of harmonic wave to power grid and improve power supply quality. 4.Full sealed structure, the oil tank is welded to tank cover tightly, prolong the service life, maintenance-free. 5.The transformer adopts vacuum oiling mode, which fully eliminate blisters from winding, and guarantees stable insulation. 6.Before leaving the factory, each piece of transformer has been experienced full wave lightning impulse test that the peak voltage is 25% higher than that of national standard, thus to make sure that the transformer can run safely and reliably.
