Pickle fish flavoring (light fragrant type)

Pour about 0.8kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and a bag of the seasoning into the pot. 3. Cook till it boils, then add the prepared fish slices or lumps and cook around 3-5 minutes. 4. Sprinkle theshallot on it (the amount of the shallotaccording to your favor) and you can serve it.
