Korea Da Tong feed mill

Korea Da Tong feed mill is the first cooperation between North Feed Engineering company and Da Tong company. This project takes about 50 days, from direct installation, debugging to production. Everything thing goes well and enter the good running condition. This project has the features as follows: 1. Feed variety: produce powder feed and pellet feed for poultry; 2. Feed capacity: Produce 3-5 t/h pellet feed for poultry. 3. Main conveyer equipments adopt speed reduction gears made from hardened steel without chain. Provide superb machine longevity and safe operation. Only our company has this inland. 4. This process use firstly crushing and then proportion by computer automatically, intermittent mixing process by twin shaft paddle mixer, short mixing cycle and play the production efficiency fully. 5. No need to arrange operator except the adding material section, control room, pellet section, packing section.
