Product Description: E-glass Chopped Strand Mat is made from fiberglass strands chopped to length and bonded together with Powder & Emulsion binder. Chopped strand mat is primarily used for hand lay-up processes, filament winding and press molding of FRP products. Typical products include bathroom accessories, pipe, building materials, automobiles, furniture and other FRP products. Product Characteristics: 1. Good wet-out 2. Easy to form 3. Very high tensile strength, suitable for filament winding 4. Even Thickness 5. Good resistance to watering and chemical agents in anti-corrosion applications. 6. Good mechanical physics and chemistry properties. Special: products can be produced or packed according to customers' requirements. Package: Products is manufactured in form of a roll wrap on a paper tube, then after packed with plastic bag and placed into a carton box. Rolls can be loaded in a container directly or on pallets. Storage: The E-CSM should be stored dry and in its original packaging. The best conditions are temperature between 15degree to 35degree and at a relative humidity between 35% to 55%.
