Currently, our company has 16 vacuum frozen-dehydration facilities ofits 3rd generation, which is considered as the most advanced machineries . Its annual productivity ammounts to 800 tons of frozen-dehydration foods including various kinds of vegetables andfresh fruits. The company has 10 drying tunnels for AD series products and 2 milling product lines capable to produce 50 tons of granules and powder items daily. The annual productivity of the flakes, granules and powder itemscan reach 15,000 tons and more. At the present time, our companyhas ahigh productivity of dehydrated vegetables and fruits every year which are classifiedinto two major categories:AD (air dehydration) and FD (frozen dehydration) series products. Our company mainly manufactures AD and FD series products separately. The AD series products include garlic flakes, garlic granules, garlic powder, white/yellow onion slices, onion powder, ginger flakes/powder, chives, small red chillies, green/red paprika cubes, carrot cubes, potato flakes and cubes, etc. The FD series products are mainly spinach, onion, carrot, asparagus, ginger, green onion, hot pepper, strawberry, apple, pear, peach, instant egg soup and so on. It produces also individual quick frozen fresh fruits, vegetables and pickles.
