Cycloidal gear speed reducer

Series B, Series X Cycloidal gear speed reducer is a new kind of transmission machinery which adopts K-H-V small tooth number difference planetary gearing technique and engages cycloidal gear. The gearing system of the product can be divided into three parts: input, speed reducing and output. There is a dual-eccentric bushing with 180° dislocation on the input shaft and two roller bearings on the eccentric bushing which forms an H-shape. The center holes of two cycloidal gears form the raceway of tumbler bearings on eccentric bushing. Cycloidal gears engage with a circle of lantern gears so that forms a small tooth number difference inner gearing reducing structure. (In order to reduce friction, there are gear sleeves on the gear for speed reducers with low speed ratio.)
