Sliding Mega Door is nice in appearance and flexible in operation, furnished with the function of heat-preservation, has good sealing performance and necessary safety. It can be controlled in two ways: manual or electrical operation. And also it has been compiled in National Standard Altas 04CJ02 Hangar Doors. This kind of door can be applied to hangar and large factory building. It consists of shutters, upper-guidance system, earth orbit module, sealing system, traction, drive device, manual operator, electrical control system, supply power, break and limit control system and safety device etc. Features: 1. Transmittance is above 50%. 2. Self-extinguishing and slow-burning. It is in compliance with NFPA701 (USA), BS5438 (Great Britain), DIN4102 (Germany), M1 Class B2 (France). 3. Thermal conductivity is less than 1.85W/m2. 4. Temperature limit: -40°C +120°C. 5. Weight per square meter is about 6.5 kg/ m2. 6. Sound Insulation Index is 20dB. 7. Durable years: ≥15. 8. Lighting material is used to make indoors unapparent. Principles of Operation: The sliding door relies on bearing track installed on the ground to bear weight. Meanwhile it uses pilot track installed on the upper part to achieve guidance. Safety slide wire for powering is set up on the upper side of doorway, while drive motor is fixed on the lower part. Through cables, which are laid in door leaves, power is supplied to motor, and then motor drives chain gear to extend strength to driving wheel. Then the door is open. Control box installed on the wall is jog operated, this means the door can move or stop at any time during operating. Advantages over traditional doors: 1. Our doors use GRP (nonmetal, high tensile and flame retardant) as lighting material. So it is light in weight, almost goes 13.5kg per square meter (shutter is 6.5kg and fittings are 7kg). Compared with the structure of glass curtain wall, to use GRP material can be 40kg/m2 lighter. 2. Steel members are joined together by bolt on the spot. While sectional aluminium material can be used to link lighting panels, but without any exposed screw. 3. All of the designs, including steel member, decoration design, drive and rail system, utilize German technology. 4. Drive system (main engine etc.) is imported from Germany. And overall electric elements (including control module, slide wire, convertor and PLC) also can choose to import from Germany.
