BF Flotation cell has two types, one is modified as suction tank based on model SF; another one is modified as direct flow tank referring to model JJF. Structure Features: 1 Shallow tank; smaller impeller diameter; low revolution speed; low power consumption 2 There is a big clearance between the impeller and the stator, stator is a cylinder with oval hole, which is efficient for air and slurry mixing and deflocculating. 3 The stator is lower than the impeller, the slurry circulating amount is big, and it can achieve 2.5 time more than the ordinary ones. 4 Umbrella-shaped stator cover with spreading hole can separate the vortex form foam layer generated by impeller rotation, so as to keep the slurry surface stable. The main features of Tigers BF flotation Cell: 1 The slurry circulating amount is big, it can achieve 2.5 times more than the normal one, and it can optimize the sufficient mineralization of air, medicament and slurry. 2 Air suction can achieve big amount, then get good effect of deflocculating. 3 Proper agitation extent; good solid particle suspension effect, no sediment; no need to discharge when the machine stop working. 4 Wide range of processing particle size; high recovery rate of ore processing. Working principle of the Tigers BF flotation Cell: Tigers BF Flotation machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metals. The impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to form mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level, the useful forth can be scraped from the loam board. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should be kept at a distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.
